Yikes! It's another 7th week

I'll post more words later on tonight...meanwhile, pictures!

It was Muir Woods this last weekend. Fun times.

Jack and his dorky dad.
These kind out of towners offered to take a family picture. It didn't turn out so well, but this one did.

Happy Mom and sneaky-pie Jack share a moment on the bridge.

His fan club arrives!!!

Cowboy Meditation.

Turns out I've been wrong....we are NOW entering the 7th week. Last week, where I said it was "Lucky Seventh"? , well, no, it was the "Happy Sixth". Are we clear? Oy, parenthood.

The Return of the Grumpy Chicken!

Happy Jack in his natural habitat.

Jack does his peeps proud by besting Sancho.

Jack going wild in his crib. Yo.

The Funhouse never closes.

Lucky 7th week

Jack channels his distant (and I mean distant) relative, Daniel Boone.

I thought Jack was channelling his inner cranky old man, but he was channeling his inner sound asleep baby.

Jack watches his first Pride Championship. It's the Open Weight Final Conflict and Jack has his pennies riding on Wanderlei Silva.

Jack surrenders in horror as Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipic demolishes Silva with a devastating high left kick to the head.

Froggy pictures soon.

6th week

[Remember to refresh...but if you didn't you wouldn't be reading this either. So...you know.]

6 weeks. Well. It's just gone by so quickly. Jack is now 12 pounds. I could swear he said "Hi" twice. But more as likely, that's just a common random sound that all babies make. A breath out and a high pitched "aye". Oh aye.

We go for walks in Golden Gate Park just a block away from the house. The Botanical Gardens are a favorite with the babies and toddlers. It's practically gridlocked with strollers.

The ladies admire the little fella. That's Michelle and our friend Sandra.

And shazzam! here he is.

Here's me and the kid. Dig my impeccable fashion sense. Everyone will be doing it I tells ya.

Son of Elfkin Magic Boy!

His favorite new pal.

Sandra took this of us in the park, right next to the ampitheater. Jack got cranky soon afterwards, but he just wanted to be held. Well now, don't everybody?

Mom entertains Jack at the Happiest Place on Earth: Our floor. Seriously, we could see lights go on in his eyes with how he can interact with the various toys. Punch the clown!

Jack's view of his crib during fun time.

Jack in action with his favorite mobile.

Jack and best new buddy again.

Rave on, John son.

Project: take a picture of me walking baby. I think this was Take Seven.
