"The Invisible Halloween"

[New Text! Some new pictures! Reformatting of some sideways pictures! Wonderous egress! This way!]

Oh Geez. So we went up to Portland to visit Dan and Maggie for Halloween. Lovely time of year up there. The turning leaves, the natural beauty of it all. And Jack was cute, very cute in his costume. Dan and Maggie had bought him a fantastic Tigger outfit some months before, but by now, Halloween, Jack has outgrown it. We had the back up, a nifty Devil costume with a tail and everything... and he is indeed a handsome devil.

But, yes, but....we forgot to bring the camera. So no pictures from that outting. Sorry, folks.

We took a few of Jack stuffed into Tigger with Dan's camera (Dan, please send) and a few of the devil costume. I was thinking of faking it, but then I knew, that you, the loyal web visitors would know instantly that they were rank frauds.

So here's a few we took when we got back home. Sancho stood right next to the lad for a full five minutes while I found the camera, then proceeded to be interested in other things.

Jack has the most beatiful grin ! He seems to get along the cat . He is even calmer now and has outgron the "Sir-Squirms-a- Lot" nickname How about the Prince of 8th Avenue ? We can't wait to cuddle him !
Wes and I want to make a sweet potato dish . We could make it on Wednes day and pop in the oven on Thursady. We just need 5 0r 6 sweet potatoes, 3 navel oranges or 4 NcIntosh apples and some OJ concentrate if you get the oranges. I will bring the Diabeti Sweet sweetner.
It is the best and least poisinous of the fake sugars with Isomalt and Acesulfame-K. Could you also pleaser buy us a quart of good soy milk and Wes some plkain Quick oats for his breakfast. I can't drink milk by itself, tho it's all right in soups and saucees. If you feel th yam dish is too much, we won't do it. We just want to participate. Love, Grandparents

We'll see what we can do about the food requests. Due to the demands of The World's Cutest Lil' Tyrant(c) sleeping, eating and bathing have become, by necessity, optional leisure activities. It might be a little hard to fit an outing to the store into the schedule but I will do my best.

I am holding out for those Tigger and Little Devil pictures, even if its after the fact.Send those pictures Dan!! too cute. ;O0 Jack is getting bigger by the week no wonder he outgrew tigger so fast. Mom and Dad are looking well albeit somewhat tired. thank you for posting the pictures and the story. Always ready for more. Happy Thanksgiving.
